How many lessons do I need?

The recommended course of study depends on your condition and goals. A course of 30 lessons will provide lasting benefits and a basic understanding of the Technique.

What is involved in a lesson?

Lessons consist of private, one-on-one instruction and run from 30 to 45 minutes. The teacher guides the student through common activities such as standing and sitting, to help them to observe and change their patterns of excess tension and mal-coordination.
